We want you and your dog to love the SteadyLift Support Harness. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to try it with your dog. If it is not right for either of you, including if your dog will not tolerate it after a fair introduction, you may return it for a full refund.
To start a return, email us at dozypupbrand@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. We will send you the return instructions.
Used harnesses are eligible for return as long as they are in usable condition. You do not need the original packaging.
Once we receive the returned item, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.
